Beauty Empower Rx Shipping Policy

Beauty Empower Rx orders ship from our mail order pharmacy facility located in Fairfax, Virginia. We ship orders Monday through Friday only to valid addresses within the United States and US Territories in which we are licensed. Shipping prices vary depending on location and type of shipping requested by customer. All prices will be discussed and agreed upon with customer prior to shipping. 

We currently do not ship insulins and other refrigerated or temperature sensitive products. Prescription drugs and devices cannot be shipped until we have a valid, verified prescription on file as applicable by the state which we are shipping to’s prescribing laws. We currently do not have Saturday shipping options but hope to offer this service in the future.

For all other products, the following shipping times can be expected. Please note that prescription items cannot be shipped until a valid, verified prescription is on file.

  • For Standard Free Shipping and Standard Ground: 2 to 9 business days depending on your location.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Processing time + 2 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: Processing time + 1 business day

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed due to emergency circumstances. Customers will always be provided tracking numbers to track their order and if there are any questions they can contact us by phone or email for updates.

Prescription Return Policy

Beauty Empower Rx is prevented by law from accepting returns for any prescription medication. For pet medication, your local veterinary office can often make use of the medication.

Over the Counter Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You can return your non-prescription purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date, with no restocking fees.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging.

If there is a problem with your product, do not worry about sending it back to the manufacturer, we will take care of it for you. Due to temperature regulation concerns, we cannot accept returns for refrigerated items (such as insulin).

In the package, please include a note detailing the need for the return and contact information so we may reach you if there are any questions. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days pending approval.
